But even better news potentially is that Troy Davis has had a stay by the Supreme Court.

Here's an interesting question: What will fervent Catholics Scalia, Alito and Roberts do?  After all Pope Panzerfaust Benedict has called for clemency.  Of course, Kennedy, the likely deciding vote will be the most important Catholic of all, but if he can get one of the others to back him, Davis might be spared.

Thomas is a Catholic, too, but we all know what that blood thirsty bastard is going to do.
