Glimpses Of Sanity

John Roberts and Anthony Kennedy are not so partisan as to accept the tendentious...no, ridiculous arguments in King v Burwell.

Yay.

But what does it say that Alito, Scalia and Thomas DID?  Is there ANY position they won't take to screw with Democrats?
