At 7pm, Virginia's polls close.  They also close in the major part of Florida, though they will likely wait until 8pm when the panhandle's polls close.

At 7:30, Ohio and North Carolina close.  At 8pm, you have final poll closings in Florida, plus New Hampshire.

Colorado and Wisconsin close at 9pm eastern time.

Iowa and Nevada close at 10pm eastern time.

I could see the presidency called by 9:30.
